Save Instagram videos to your iPhone Camera Roll.

1. Copy the link in the Instagram app. Tap the three dots above the video (or the share icon below) and choose Copy link.
2. Open ReelGrab in Safari. Paste the link and hit save. The MP4 download starts immediately.
3. Tap Save Video in the share sheet. iOS asks where to save the file — choose Save Video and it lands in your Photos app.

If you don't see Save Video. Tap the download arrow in the bottom-left corner of the preview. The file goes to Files first, then you can move it to Photos.

Audio-only?. For just the song, use the Reels to MP3 tool — the MP3 saves to Files and plays in the Music app.
