- Open the reel on Instagram. Tap the reel you want — anyone's, as long as the account is public.
- Tap the share icon (the paper airplane). It's usually on the right side of the reel. Choose Copy link from the menu that pops up.
- Paste the link into ReelGrab. Open reelgrab.com (or whatever this site is called when you're reading this), tap the input, paste, and hit save. The MP4 lands in your downloads.
On iPhone. The saved MP4 opens in the share sheet — tap Save Video to send it to Photos.
On Android. The file goes straight to your Downloads folder. From there, share it anywhere.
