Open the post and copy the link. Three dots above the photo → Copy link. Same flow for single posts and carousels.
Paste into ReelGrab. If it's a carousel, you'll get a zip with all the slides — numbered in order.
Save. Every pixel intact. The JPG is the same resolution Instagram serves when you zoom in inside the app — usually 1080 wide.
