Every Instagram downloader we tried ended the same way: three pop-ups, a fake download button, and a watermark on the file. We were tired of clicking around to save a song from a reel.
ReelGrab is the opposite of that. One paste box. Three formats. No watermark on what you save. No signup wall. No log of what you paste.
If we can't fund this with one ad, we'll find another way — not change what ReelGrab is.
One small ad in the footer. That's it. No upsell to a premium tier, no email capture, no "watch this 30-second video to download." The ad pays for the server. If it ever stops paying for the server, we'll tell you what changed instead of quietly adding a paywall.
Private account scraping. Private posts are private — they belong to the small audience the account holder picked. Not us.
Logging or tracking. We don't want to know what you saved. We don't want a database of URLs. We don't want to be subpoenaed for someone else's download history.
An account system. The moment we ask for an email, we've created something to forget your password to. Hard pass.
